Moving away from maps now. I want to focus more on the people you find around Soho, and different landmarks.
I went in to do a few observations and experimented a bit with them. Here's a few little pictures.
Sorry, SUCH a bad photo but it was too big to scan in my little scanner.
Have decided to make two maps. One on Soho nightlife, e.g bars and clubs, and one on independent eateries, namely coffee/tea shops. Both will be mainly based around Old Compton Street.
Went out on a busy Saturday night and took a few photos of Old Compton Street on my friend's camera, and now I've started experimenting on different sufaces and making an rough a1 map planning the different locations of the places I want to use.
Anyway, here's a little picture of G.A.Y on an old Graze Box.
If anyone knows of any good places to drink or eat in the area, please let me know!
